About Me

I specialize in working with young adults and adolescents who are looking to find their place in the world. With the pandemic, a lot of futures got turned upside down and relationships disrupted by the stress. I can help you manage feelings of frustration, loss, and anxiety and figure out how you want to get back on track. I have experience treating depression, bipolar disorder, and general anxiety, as well as helping clients address past trauma, including hidden losses that may have affected you more than you realize. Additionally, I work with clients on relationship issues including conflict, lack of fulfillment, and codependency.
