About Me

My Primary focus is to establish a good rapport and provide a safe and supportive environment where you can feel free to say anything.  I am a warm, empathic and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor who will provide a non-judgmental understanding.  You can expect that I will be present and will be by your side, listen attentively, guide you, provide insight and offer valuable and appropriate feedback.  I will help empower you through difficult thoughts, feelings or obstacles. We will work together as a team towards finding improved ways of coping to achieve more balance and fulfillment. 

My style is collaborative and goal oriented. I will listen to your story and gain perspective and encourage discussion that will open room for new possibilities and ideas. My goal in therapy is to help you find healthy and safe ways to heal and alleviate symptoms that have proven to be problematic in different areas of your life.
