About Me

Maybe you'd like to reduce your anxiety, depression, or heal from a difficult relationship. Perhaps you'd like to improve your self-esteem or let go of limiting beliefs. We'll work together to address your individual goals.

My practical approach has helped many just like you. I received my graduate degree from NYU and have completed extensive post-graduate training in the assessment and treatment of mental health disorders. In addition, I clinically supervise graduate-level Psychology and Mental Health Counseling students from various graduate programs on Long Island and NYC.

I'm skilled in several therapeutic approaches that we can draw on to help you reach your goals. Since I only accept a limited number of clients at a time, you will receive my full and committed attention. Finding the right therapist is all about finding the right "fit." Feel free to call me for a free phone consultation.
