Psychotherapy is a unique approach to a conversation about living. It is a constructive and helpful way to identify your goals. Anyone interested in finding a better way to look at themselves is welcome to develop new techniques, which we may discover together. As a Mental Health Counselor, I prioritize identifying new strategies that can provide you with a sense of balance and control that can benefit your emotional well-being and overall health. Counseling is a chance to focus on yourself, listen to your inner needs, and think about how to live better. My hope is that my clients can find answers to questions they were perhaps never aware they needed to be asked.

About Me

Problems are part of a life journey, which inevitably leads to self-development. Frustration, anger, anxiety, depression, or addiction do not need to be part of this process. I would like to allow a space for my clients to find courage in facing challenges that can be hard to solve. We are all social beings and have the inner need to share what we think and feel, but how often can we find someone willing to listen to us? Counseling is a place where we can feel safe to share without the fear of judgment and indiscretion. I strongly believe in an integrative approach to providing support that looks at the whole person, not just mental health needs, considering physical, emotional, social, and spiritual well-being. My perspective is that each person is unique and that no single therapy approach can address all people's needs. Life experiences are different for everyone, and the integrative approach acknowledges these differences. Together we can create an enjoyable atmosphere to encourage you to take the journey of self-exploration and to develop a sense of safety where you can freely speak and face your difficulties.
