About Me

I’m a wife, a therapist, and someone who genuinely cares about seeing people become the best version of themselves. I became a Licensed Master Social Worker because I’ve always had a heart for helping others through life’s challenges, and I truly believe healing is possible. I graduated from Fordham University and have worked with people from all walks of life, different cultures, ages, and backgrounds which has only deepened my compassion and perspective. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, or just trying to figure things out, I’m here to walk with you. I use a mix of empathy, real conversations, and practical tools to create a space where you can feel safe, seen, and supported. Outside of work, I love spending time with my husband and family, staying rooted in my faith, and I’m currently learning to play the piano, which has been both humbling and fun. I believe growth is a lifelong journey, and I feel honored to be part of others’ paths as they grow too.
