"I can't promise to have all the answers, but I will meet you where you are, walk beside you, and support you as we navigate your journey together."
Life can feel overwhelming at times and asking for help isn't always easy. My goal is to provide a space where you feel welcomed, heard, and accepted without judgment. I believe that therapy works best when we connect not just as therapist and client, but as two human beings. In my experience, healing begins within a strong therapeutic relationship built on trust, authenticity, and collaboration. Together, we'll explore your experiences, identify your strengths, and develop practical tools that empower you to move toward the life you want to live. Whether you're working through a difficult season or seeking personal growth, I'm committed to supporting you wherever you are in your journey and walking alongside you as we navigate it together.

Let's be honest-life can be heavy, and finding the right therapist can feel overwhelming. So let me take a little of that pressure off.
I'm Sonia (pronounced like Tania, but with an S), an LMHC-LP, but before anything else, I'm simply another human being. I don't believe therapy is about sitting on a pedestal or pretending to have all the answers. I believe it works best when two people connect authentically in a space built on trust, compassion, and genuine understanding.
My counseling style is warm, mindful, and completely judgment-free. I strive to meet each client where they are, whether they're navigating anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, or one of life's many unexpected transitions. Together, we'll explore your experiences, recognize your strengths, and work toward meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you.
Outside the therapy room, you'll usually find me listening to a self-reflection audiobook, reading an inspiring memoir and learning something new about human resilience, or making sure my trusty 64-ounce water bottle comes with me wherever I go. Those simple routines remind me that growth happens one day, one chapter, and sometimes one sip at a time.
Whether we meet virtually or in person, my hope is that you'll find a space where you can take a deep breath, set down whatever you've been carrying for a while, and simply be yourself. You don't have to navigate life's challenges alone—I look forward to walking alongside you.
