About Me

I have experience working with children and young adults. I provide a safe space for clients to discuss their anxieties, depression, PTSD, and life transitions. I am here to provide support for those who are struggling with relationship, stress, and self-esteem issues. I can help you work on coping skills, address previous trauma, manage your feelings, and problem solve when life brings on stress and conflict. My treatment approach focuses on motivational interviewing, narrative therapy, problem-solving, and solution-focused techniques. Therapy is the first step in making a change and takes courage to reach out for support. I will be here to provide support and actively listen without judgment.
