“In therapy, you are not broken; you’re a masterpiece in progress, painting your own canvas of resilience and self-discovery.” As a therapist I aim to provide a safe and supportive environment for you to explore your feelings, thoughts and behaviors. When life gives you lemons, it’s not always easy to make that lemonade society tells you to make. Together, we will work on finding all of the “ingredients” to make the sweet lemonade to enjoy! Life can be extremely hard at times. I believe it is important to acknowledge the feelings we feel and not be ashamed. It is okay to cry, be sad, angry, scared, etc. Together, we can determine the next steps so those feelings don’t need to stay long. Therapy will provide you with new perspectives and tools in your toolbox, so you can enjoy your lemonade even on the gloomy days.

About Me

I had the wonderful opportunity to receive both my bachelors and masters degrees from Nazareth University, located in Rochester NY. Throughout my studies, I had a passion for working with the underserved populations and advocating for change in areas that needed it. Before joining the Massapequa team, I worked as a school social worker, a youth advocate and a behavior specialist for adults with disabilities. After receiving my social work degrees, I continued my studies to obtain a masters degree in leadership and organizational change. Realizing change is inevitable in all aspects of life, was an important concept to learn.

As a dedicated clinician, I am deeply passionate about supporting individuals on their journey towards emotional healing and personal growth. With a genuine commitment to providing compassionate and client-centered care, I strive to create a safe and non-judgmental space where clients can explore their innermost thoughts, feelings, and experiences.
