“When we are no longer able to change a situation, we are challenged to change ourselves.” - Viktor Frankl

My goal as a therapist is to provide a safe and non-judgmental space for my clients to be able to work on problems and stressors that they are currently facing. I will work with you to create a trusting therapeutic relationship, which will allow us to get to the root of your symptoms. I use mindfulness, empathy, respect, and sometimes even humor to help create this alliance. As a Marriage and Family therapist, I am trained to help you learn how your behavior affects not only yourself, but your relationship as part of a couple and family.

About Me

I have worked with clients to help get them unstuck from their current rituals that are keeping them from progressing or feeling satisfied in their lives and relationships. Not all people are the same, which is why I take the time to assess and apply interventions and techniques that best meet your needs.

I currently work with individuals (both adolescents and adults), couples, and families currently struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, issues with self-esteem, and family/marital conflict. I help couples and families struggling with communication, parenting, conflict resolution, intimacy, and healthy boundaries.
